Frequently Asked Questions

Shelblock Premium
How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Your Shelblock subscription is cancelable on the software in the My Subscription tab.

It can also be cancelled by deleting your Shelblock account. The subscription will end on the anniversary date of the subscription.

To delete your account, simply go to the website or app in the "My Account" tab.

How to become a premium user?

Shelblock software is a freemium software. This means that a premium version is available. This version allows you to block all ads on your computer. It stops ads on streaming services like Youtube or Twitch and also on music services like Spotify and Deezer. Similarly, ads on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Linkedin) are blocked.

Secure browsing is significantly enhanced for the premium version with threats and scams, malware and cryptojacking sites blocked.

Finally, the Parental Control feature allows you to secure your children's online environment. For example, Shelblock Parental Control will filter out inappropriate search results, block malicious sites such as pornographic sites, gambling sites, and weapons sales sites.

As a parent, you can access the settings to customize the control. You will also be able to add sites to block.

To go premium, simply download Shelblock and take advantage of the 14-day free trial.

Once this trial period is over, you will be able to upgrade to premium and enjoy all the features indefinitely.
